Project Description

A well-known brand of a Tier-1 retail organisation needed an effective business continuity capability that supported its multiple sales channels, including shop-fronts, telesales, corporate sales teams and online shopping facilities. Our consultants utilised industry best practice to guide the retailer through a structured approach to establishing an ongoing business continuity capability by using a five step process being Initiation, Organisational Analysis, Strategy Development, BCP Development and Training, Testing and Maintenance. This 5-step process resulted in the retailer having the confidence to assume ownership of the business continuity process on an ongoing basis. They successfully passed an audit from the parent organisation based on their ownership of the process.
